Özaltın Holding, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, considers it a fundamental responsibility to conduct its activities not only with the aim of creating economic value, but also with respect for people, society, and the environment.

In line with this approach, our Code of Conduct, as well as our transparent policies and standards, aim to ensure that our employees, managers, and business partners act in accordance with high ethical standards and applicable laws and regulations.

Since our establishment, we have operated with a strong commitment to ethical values, integrity, fair and transparent business practices, respect for universal human rights, and compliance with laws and regulations. Within the scope of the Compliance Project carried out in this framework, our ethics and compliance infrastructure has been strengthened, and our policies and practices have been updated in line with evolving national and international regulations and practices.

Ethics Line

Purpose and Scope of the Ethics Line

The Ethics Line has been established within Özaltın Holding and its group companies to enable the secure and confidential reporting of actions or conduct that are believed to be contrary to ethical standards, company policies, or applicable laws and regulations.

The Ethics Line is a reporting mechanism that allows employees, business partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to submit reports in good faith.

Confidentiality, Impartiality, and Non-Retaliation

All reports submitted through the Ethics Line are assessed in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and impartiality. No retaliation will be tolerated against individuals who submit reports in good faith.

Reports are handled and assessed in accordance with the provisions of the Özaltın Holding Whistleblowing Policy.
